I was amazed at how well the musicians played in the bitter cold - this puts to rest my disbelief.

Obama should amend the Constitution
So Supreme Court justices who mess up presidential oaths are duly punished.  The Constitution may protect their job for life, but nothing is stopping a healthy naked lap around the Capitol.
